Asbestos Project Design & Clearance
Independent abatement project design, monitoring, and clearance air sampling — never performing abatement itself.
Why it matters
An independent designer and clearance professional ensures the abatement contractor is held to a measurable, defensible standard.
When is it needed?
Before, during, and after any asbestos abatement project subject to NESHAP or Texas TDSHS requirements.
Who needs it?
Property owners, school districts, public agencies, attorneys, and insurance carriers.
How we perform it
Written project design specifying engineering controls, work practices, waste handling, and clearance criteria; final clearance air sampling.
Laboratory methods
NVLAP-accredited TEM (AHERA protocol) for clearance.
Interpretation
Clearance is granted only when criteria are met. Hurtler does not perform abatement — preserving structural independence.
